Born Cordozar Calvin Broadus Jr. aka Snoop Dogg, is a Grammy Award nominated American rapper, record producer and actor, who became the most famous star in rap. Snoop Dogg has a wife and family, and we all got an opportunity to see that Snoop Dogg and wife Shante live in two different worlds, while opening up his life to us on the Snoop Dogg Fatherhood reality show. Snoop’s full schedule of live rapping concerts, a weekly radio show, clothing and pet product line, numerous commercial endorsements and his international music tours abroad, very well keeps him away from his family. Snoop Dogg brings home the bacon and wife Shante spends his money like it is going out of style. We can see that Snoop Dogg is not getting any younger and he feels Shante “The Boss Lady ” should step up to the plate and assume some financial responsibility by opening up a chain of hair and nail salons. This we see as Snoop tried to convince a least concerned Shante, that this venture would be to her greatest advantage. What Snoop Dogg does not realize is that Shante is not the financially smart woman he would like her to be, and she has not yet matured to the level of entrepreneur , since becoming the wife of a famous rapper superstar. Shante is aware that as long as she remains Mrs Snoop Dogg she will maintain her current lifestyle. Where Snoop money comes from, how it is earned, and do they have enough money to last a life time, apparently is not one of Shante’s main concerns.
