Vicki Gunvalson of  ” The Real Housewives of Orange County ” reality show, has the strongest personality of all the other housewives in the group.  Vicki  is a self-made successful life insurance business woman, mother of  Michael 23 and Briana 22,  who is  fiercely loyal to her friends and determined to keep their friendship as long as their friendship rules in her favour.  She prides herself on living life to its fullest, taking her family on vacations, and not really spending or giving much personal attention to her devoted second husband Donn. 

Obviously Vicki has some psychological problems that constantly drives her controlling actions on to others.  Most of what we have seen of Vicki on past seasons is her desire for attention and status,  jealousy over her assistant Lauri getting married to a real estate tycoon,  swearing at her best friend Jeanna for being real,  her unhappiness over her  mother’s lack of affection toward her,  her husband Don’s lack of in your face skirt chasing attention toward her,  her daughter Briana personal career choices,  or her obsession with responding and sending business emails,  her lack of awareness over her invisibility to men,  or her control and managing of her life insurance accounts. 

Finally when Vicki decides to take some time off to relax, without her devoted husband Donn,  go off for a fun and adventurous,  ’let your hair down’ weekend and enjoy the moment on season 5:  It was at the expense of  a group of happily married women, with the exception of Gretchen Rossi, who all wear a wedding ring, enjoy kicking it with their husbands, are legally married, husband is their best friend, their household income provider, intimate companion, baby daddy, traveling and dancing partner, whose husbands did not appreciate having their wives fly off to Florida to have fun without their companionship. 

For some odd reason Vicki did not see anything wrong with the other housewives all going off on an all girl’s weekend, for dining, dancing and fun without their husbands.  Luckily the husbands all crashed the weekend trip, which made the girl’s  bed time all the more exciting.  Ofcourse Vicki’s devoted Donn was nowhere to be found, and hopefully would have given anything to receive a call from Vicki begging him to come.  Is there a pattern here?  Divorce papers anyone…
