Kate says, “ No one would ever marry me again! “ and Jon begs, “ Forgive me Kate, or is it forgive me Jon! “. Kate says she has trouble explaining to herself why she is not staying married forever. Kate Gosselin and 8 became a family of 9 when she decided not to reconcile with her husband Jon Gosselin and try to make their marriage work for the sake of their children. Now Kate Gosselin is admitting that she wants the old Jon back in her life. Kate forgot how she treated Jon on the “ Kate & Jon plus 8 “ reality show. Kate behaved as if Jon was her paid hired help, who was in her home to assist her with the children.
When Kate stepped in front of the camera, she could not help herself, she became the boss lady who was in control and delegated everyone’s daily assignment. Kate degraded Jon and made him look dumb and incapable of making any responsible decisions concerning the children. It was okay to act like ” me Jane, you Tarzan” in the bedroom, but G-d forbid should America see her kissing and cuddling with the hired help. Kate could not see her own face in any of her children, which made it easier to see dollar bills on the kids faces and to put them all to work in front of the camera, for all of America to watch. Kate felt sorry for herself as a woman and mother with 8 children.
She wanted America to sympathise with her, and that is why Kate made everything she did for the children look difficult, a big deal and hard work, when many women already have, and are raising large families in America. Kate is not to blame for her actions, she cannot help herself, it is just an embedded natural part of Kate Gosselin, who when asked what she would like to do with her life replied: ” Be the voice of a cartoon character, because being on tv is natural and comfortable. “
